Pete grew up in Mt.Vernon,NY about 10 miles north of NYC. As a teenager Pete would listen to great DJs like Murray the "K", B. Mitchell Reed, Jocko,and Cousin Brucie Morrow. In recent years before CBS-FM in NYC changed format Pete loved to listen to great DJ's like Don K Reed,Bobby Jay,Scott Shannon, Norm N. Nite, and Bob Shannon.
Pete started his internet DJing doing podcasts as a hobby and is now heard on numerous stations all over the Internet.
